                              RESOLUTION NO. 21779
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                 LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH PROVIDENT LIFE &
                 ACCIDENT INSURANCE COMPANY, RELATIVE TO THE
                 CENTRAL AVENUE COMBINED SEWER OVERFLOW
                 FACILITY.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a License Agreement with Provident Life & Accident
       Insurance Company, relative to the Central Avenue Combined Sewer
       Overflow Facility.
